A message from Tres Solutions regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear Clients,
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. In response to the uncertainty surrounding this pandemic, we wanted to make our friends aware of the steps Tres Solutions has taken to protect the health and safety of our team, clients and local communities.
Because we are a digital company, our product and service delivery remain unaffected. However, we are enacting certain measures to adapt to the new realities.
Limiting Business Travel
Tres has suspended all business travel and in-person meetings until March 31, 2020. We do not expect this to have any disruptions to how we interact with our clients. As a digital leader, we will continue to leverage our best-in-class tools and virtual resources to interact with customers and deliver exceptional service.
We will continue to monitor the development of the virus and will re-evaluate this policy on an ongoing basis to determine whether to lift the travel restriction.
Encouraging Remote Work
All Tres offices will be physically closed until March 31, 2020, with team members asked to work remotely.
We are taking this step to ensure the health and safety of our team, their families and communities. Please note that we will remain fully operational during this time and TVA services will not experience any interruption. The only change is that work will be done remotely.
We will continue to coordinate our decision-making with information from infectious disease and public health experts to determine safe protocols for resuming normal business activity.
